Rep Weekend in Seattle

One of the great blessing of being a Representative for Total Language Plus is that each year we get to have a weekend with the other representatives from around the country to network, train and share ideas!  I just returned from our weekend and had a great time.

I count it a HUGE blessing to be able to work from home, involve my children in my business and have a great company to represent.  Barbara Blakey the owner of Total Language Plus is an incredible Godly women and it's a privilege to be able to work with such an owner and company.

If you ever get a chance to represent a homeschool company like this I highly encourage it.  In fact Total Language Plus has two territories open right now so if you're in North or South Carolina, Minnesota, North or South Dakota, Iowa, or Wisconsin let me know and I can get you in touch with the right people for more details.  YOU could be at our next Rep weekend!
Whole octopus at the market we walked through on our Saturday outing downtown

Part of what Barbara does Rep weekend is spoil us!  How great is that?!?!?!  She makes it her goal I think to never let us feel hunger all weekend.  The meals are incredible and just when you might think you're starting to not feel full the mid morning or mid afternoon snacks appear.  Besides that we get gifts!  Who doesn't love gifts?  She took us to Elliot's Oysters for lunch (which was fabulous) on Saturday and to the market downtown which was interesting.   I could go on but it was wonderful....

We stayed in a house high up on a bluff overlooking Seattle.  The house is named the humble manor (if I remember correctly.)  It was huge, like 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms.  I didn't bring my camera with so I only have a few shots from my cell phone camera but you get an idea of the view.  One morning I was up before dawn and the lights were amazing.

The other Rep's are all incredible women that I am blessed to call friends.  We had an incredible time of sharing, praising and having fun together.  Oh yeah, we did learn and do some "work" too.
